Spit roast BBQ is an old tradition of cooking a whole animal, either a pig, goat, lamb, chickens or a large joint of meat in a slow and thorough manner which results in an end product that is moist and succulent, beautifully tender and exceptionally flavoursome. Based in Mutungo, we supply our BBQ packages to venues all around Kampala, Entebbe, and beyond should a client be outside of this range.
